Flexible short-term and long-term disability benefit options to meet your business insurance needs.
Employers who invest in Group Disability Insurance say something every employee wants to hear — I’ve got your back.
Suppose one of your employees hurts themselves in an accident or can no longer work due to an illness-related disability. In that case, you can provide financial and social security through Chambers Plan’s group Health and Disability benefits plans.
Your budget. Your needs.
With Chambers Plan, your Disability Insurance Benefits are customizable to fit your business model.
Not all Disability insurance plans are the same. Depending on your budget and needs, you can choose short or long-term Group Disability, or both.
Short Term Disability (also known as Weekly Indemnity coverage) provides you the flexibility to choose an option that best fits your business. Short Term Disability Benefits typically include insurance for up to six months while an employee cannot work due to a disability.
Long Term Disability Insurance Coverage equates to:
- Up to $10,000 per month
- Benefits for 2- or 5-year period, or until the age of 65
- Guaranteed coverage to groups with three or more employees
Employees can collect more than 65% of their gross income for both short-term and long-term disability plans.
When covered by group Disability insurance benefits, employees can feel confident in their work and their recovery
While group Health insurance benefits help to pay for treatment of a disabling injury or illness, they don’t cover income loss. The financial stresses that result from not being able to pay for groceries, rent/mortgage, family expenses, bills, and other daily necessities, can be relieved with a flexible and affordable group Disability benefits insurance plan. Both short-term and long-term disability insurance plans support an employee and their family while they work toward recovery.
We look forward to helping you build a Disability insurance benefits plan that works for you and your business.
Your employees depend on the income from their occupation, and your business can help to protect that financial security and stability in case of disability.
