Canada Post Service Disruption
In the event of a Canada Post service disruption, some items like billing statements, premium and claim payments can be impacted.
Premiums for group insurance will continue to be payable. Firms have the option of paying their premiums online as a bill, signing up for pre-authorized payment, or dropping off their premium cheque at their local Chambers Plan advisor's office.
Plan participants can avoid disruptions by using my-benefits®. If you are not set up, you can do so by going to my-benefits.ca, clicking on "Sign up" and following the instructions. Once registered you can submit claims and sign up for direct deposit of your claim payments. Once registered, you can also download the my-benefits app and submit claims from your mobile devices.
